Since 1998, Guitars in the Classroom has been inspiring and training classroom teachers to integrate singing and playing guitar into children's daily school experiences. By providing free instruction, access to instruments, resource materials, and program supervision, Guitars in the Classroom empowers educators to transform schools into musical environments in which childhood creativity is nurtured and embraced.

Jocelyn Celaya

...is one of the most interesting guitarists I have experienced.  She took time on September 28, 2006 to share her talents at one of our open-mic sessions.  She has taken classical music to the radical and her method of playing over the neck is unique.
