ACOUSTIC OPEN-MIC

Poppie (Musical Instruments) sponsors an Acoustic Open-Mic session for anyone who would like to share their talents with the audience.

Sign up starts at 7:00PM and is cut off at *8:15PM.

(*This cut off time is to keep us in conformance with rule #4 below.  We would like the late players in attendance to listen to the early players. It is only "Open-mic" common courtesy as listed in rule #4 below)

The music starts at 7:30PM, and it continues for 1.5 to 2 hrs.

It is FREE to the public to either perform, or visit us for a couple of hours of great entertainment and networking.

Poppie's Open-Mic basic rules:

1. No amplification other than the PA system provided by Poppie.

2.  Hand drumming is acceptable, no drum sets permitted.

3.  This is not a JAM session, and each person who signs up will be allowed exclusive time in front of the microphone.

4.  If you perform early, it is common "Open-mic" courtesy to remain and listen to all other performers. They were kind enough to listen to you. 

5.  No Drugs or Alcohol permitted.

For everyone's safety, we have the right to not allow entry to participants or observers who are intoxicated or seem to be intoxicated when they arrive. 

6. Smoking, outside only.

7.  Have a great time, share your talent and network with some great musicians.
