Poppie (Musical Instruments) will repair or replace, at our discretion, any of our Musical Instruments that are found to be  defective due to  defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.  This warranty applies only to the original owner, with proof of purchase. 

Poppie (Musical Instruments) can not and will not be responsible for damage due to personal accidents, neglect or misuse of the product.
